Scott began serving as the Associate Pastor in the summer of 2015. His primary roles involve outreach, assimilation, and discipleship.
Educational Background
- MDiv from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a focus in Theology and Pastoral Ministry, Louisville, KY
- B.S. in Applied Communication from Appalachian State University, Boone, NC
Ministry History
Scott came to Cincinnati after serving for 10.5 years as the Youth & Family Pastor of Alliance Bible Fellowship in Boone, NC. Prior to that, he served as a youth pastor at New Hope Baptist Church in Versailles, KY. Scott has led six mission trips to El Salvador, and served as a youth camp speaker on numerous occasions. He enjoys teaching God’s Word and helping people follow Christ. He also serves as the Associate Director of the Cincinnati CMDA.
Family
Scott is married to Carol and they have five children: McKenzie, Paige, Lauren, Zach, and Caleb.
