Throughout the scriptures and especially the Psalms, God invites us to worship Him with singing and instrumental music. He is the Creator who delights in the praises of His creation. God has given each of us the ability to praise and worship Him in one way or another, giving us access through the Holy Spirit. He desires that we honor Him and keep Him as the focus of our worship. God calls us further to the privilege and responsibility of leading worship through music as a servant ministry to His Church.

The praise teams lead on a rotating schedule and rehearse on Sunday mornings at 8:30 am.
Handbell Choir
The playing of handbells adds a distinctive blessing to the worship services and a beautiful way to “ring” praise to the Lord! Persons with or without previous experience are welcome to learn the art of playing these celebratory instruments. Director - Geary Randall
Rehearsal on Sundays, 5:30 and monthly on Sunday mornings. Choir Room.
Instrumental Ensemble
This group of gifted musicians playing stringed, woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments, provide beautiful offertories and preludes for Sunday services. In addition, several of the instrumentalists accompany our hymns and praise choruses regularly. Director - Geary Randall
Rehearsals are every Wednesday evening following choir rehearsal. Audition required.
Children Music Ministry Opportunities
Good News Singers/Joybells
Although the youngest of our musicians, these enthusiastic children in kindergarten and first-grade enjoy alternating between singing and playing “handbells”. Designed for little hands and little musical experience, this program encourages the beginning of music appreciation, rhythm and performing in the worship services. Directors - Elaine Ruhe
Rehearsal on Sundays, 10:30-11:00am. Room 224.
Children's Choir
The encouragement of music continues with children in grades 2-4! Each month this choir prepares a prelude to be sung in the worship service, often including drama or scripture verses to emphasize the theme of their song. Director - Lois Bascom
Rehearsal on Sundays, 11:05-11:35 am. Room 224.
