. . . under the Word of God.
With a conservative, evangelical theology, we listen to the Word of God on Sunday and study His Word throughout the week. Offering various ministries and studies, including Bible Study Fellowship and Evangelism Explosion, we seek to learn and apply God’s Word to our lives.

. . . alive in worship.
The New Testament Church sang, prayed, read Scripture, preached the Scripture and shared the Lord’s Supper and baptism--so do we. Our music comes in many forms, many styles and from many centuries!

. . . committed to prayer.
Prayer is a priority. We have a room set apart strictly for prayer, with 24-hour access, as well as a beautiful prayer garden for those who prefer to pray outdoors. Additionally, a prayer team member is available to pray with you following Sunday morning services.

. . . a Family in Mission.
As brothers and sisters in Christ who care for one another, we are also called to serve outside the walls of the church. We are involved in ministry to the inner city, AA, Pregnancy Care Center, Habitat for Humanity and the support of missionaries around the world.

. . . multi-generational.
We strive to represent and meet the needs of people within every age group, birth to eternal life, referring to our mission as the “ARC”. We achieve this by strongly supporting our children and youth ministries, Mothers of Preschoolers and senior members while also having a strong ministry to young adults who lead our Sunday evening contemporary service.

. . . a multi-ethnic congregation.
We are a fellowship representing many cultures and races. Because of the opportunity this provides for us to learn from one another, we welcome diversity as it is a true reflection of God’s kingdom.

. . . an American Baptist Church.

Each American Baptist church is an independent, autonomous congregation. As a denomination we join together to support missionaries and each other in service we could not accomplish alone.
